After three years of prodding and pushing by Councilman Glenn Anderson, the City of Westland's Charter and Ordinances are on the world wide web for easy access for our citizens and other interested parties.
To search and view any City of Westland Ordinance you need only to go to the web site of Municipal Code Corporation. A search engine is provided in which you may type in the topic you wish to search and the site will search and provide all relevant ordinances. This has been a goal of Councilman Anderson's for a number of years which will make public access much easier and from their own computer.
To access the Municipal Code Corporation site you may click on the link below. Once you are at the site, select the State of Michigan then proceed to the listing for the City of Westland.
